Miscellaneous Metalwork Clause Samples
The Miscellaneous Metalwork clause defines the requirements and standards for various metal components that are not covered under other specific sections of a construction contract. This may include items such as handrails, brackets, supports, or custom metal fabrications that are necessary for the project but do not fall under structural steel or ornamental metalwork. The clause typically outlines the materials, fabrication methods, installation procedures, and quality expectations for these items. Its core function is to ensure that all minor or non-standard metal elements are properly specified and constructed, preventing ambiguity and ensuring consistency throughout the project.
