Assignment of Personnel. The Contractor shall not substitute any personnel for those specifically named in its proposal unless personnel with substantially equal or better qualifications and experience are provided, acceptable to County, as is evidenced in writing.

In the event that City, in its sole discretion, at any time during the term of this Agreement, desires the reassignment of any such persons, Consultant shall, immediately upon receiving notice from City of such desire of City, reassign such person or persons.

Assignment of Personnel. A. Each Party may assign personnel to the other Party’s facility as part of this CRADA to participate in or observe the research to be performed under this CRADA.
