Law Enforcement Services. The BCSO shall provide to Ketchum, the law enforcement services set forth below together with those services set forth in this Agreement (collectively referred to herein as “BCSO Law Enforcement Services”).

Law Enforcement Services. For the term of this contract, the County will:
Law Enforcement Services. For the term of this agreement, the MCSO will operate under the philosophy of a municipal police department providing the law enforcement services to City as set forth in section 4.1 to 4.3 below: The MCSO personnel assigned to City’s patrol district will respond to: (1) calls for service within the City that meet or reduce the response times specified in Appendix A; and (2) calls outside the City in accordance with existing mutual support agreements. MCSO personnel assigned to the City as set forth in Appendices E and F will remain employees of the MCSO, and will not be considered employees or agents of the City, except as specifically provided herein.
Law Enforcement Services. The SHERIFF shall provide to the CITY competent law enforcement protection within and throughout the corporate limits of the CITY (“Destin District”) under the authority given the SHERIFF by the laws of the State of Florida, through the following: • Seventeen (17) patrol deputies • Two (2) investigators • One (1) deputy front desk position • One (1) marine patrol deputy The CITY agrees and understands all positions will be based out of the Destin substation located at 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Destin, Florida and will provide law enforcement services within the CITY’s corporate limits unless otherwise stated in this contract.

Law Enforcement Services. The serving and protecting of the lives, persons, and property of all citizens within a Primary Law Enforcement Jurisdiction, including, without limitation, the investigation of all crimes occurring or alleged or suspected to have occurred within its Primary Law Enforcement Jurisdiction.
Law Enforcement Services. The Sheriff will perform and provide law enforcement services within the City of Clatskanie seven (7) days per week, on a 24-hour basis, which will include on-call coverage. At least one Oregon DPSST Certified Deputy will be assigned to the area with the ability to respond to calls within the City limits within a reasonable amount of time. Law Enforcement Services. As provided by law (See U.C.A. § 17-22-2(1)(o) and U.C.A. § 11-13-202(1)(b)) counties are authorized to provide law enforcement services to municipalities pursuant to the terms of an interlocal agreement. The Parties acknowledge that the Town, population 262, does not currently have any law enforcement agency. The County shall continue to provide law enforcement services within the Town consistent with the provision of such services throughout the County. In providing law enforcement services to the Town, the County may engage in prioritization of call response based on severity of the incident and availability of resources, as is the case with all other law enforcement incidents within the County. The County encourages the town to establish its own police force when or if population growth and law enforcement needs make doing so practicable. . Sheriff’s Fees shall be applied for specific services as defined in Utah Code (See U.C.A. § 17-22-2.5 Fees of Sheriff). Should the Town find that there is a need for an increased level of service, the Town shall notify the County in writing, and the Parties may enter into an amendment to this Agreement to provide and pay for an enhanced level of law enforcement services within the Town.
