Production Facilities Clause Samples

The 'Production Facilities' clause defines the requirements and standards for the locations where goods or services are manufactured or provided under the agreement. It typically specifies criteria such as compliance with applicable laws, maintenance of quality standards, and the right of the other party to inspect or audit the facilities. For example, a buyer may require that a supplier's factory meets certain safety or environmental regulations. This clause ensures that production processes meet agreed-upon standards, thereby reducing risks related to quality, safety, and legal compliance.
