Protection of Individual Rights. 22.1 Except in the case of a strike action and/or picketing relevant thereto, which is in violation of the terms and provisions of this Agreement, employees may refuse to cross or work behind any primary authorized picket line of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Any employee who so refuses shall not be subject to discipline or discharge under the terms of this Agreement.
