Personal Emergency. One (1) day per year is to be allowed for a personal emergency for circumstances not otherwise provided for in these leave provisions. Such day shall be granted upon request of the teacher and the day will be deducted from accumulated sick leave.
Personal Emergency. Up to four (4) days of paid time off per incident will be allowed for emergencies. An emergency will be defined as a crisis over which the individual has no control, and cannot be attended to during non-school hours. The employee will be required to state the reason for the leave. The Superintendent or his/her designee will decide whether or not the leave is approved. The decision will not be subject to the grievance process.
Personal Emergency. Each member of the faculty bargaining unit is entitled to use up to four (4) days of paid personal or emergency leave each year. An absence form is to be submitted upon returning to work.

Personal leave shall be provided for all bargaining unit members at their prorated amount according to their full-time equivalency (FTE). These days are accessible at the beginning of the year.
Personal Emergency. Response System. Contractor will enter into contracts that meet the requirements of 89 Ill. Admin. Code 240.235 with at least one (1) Provider operating a PERS within a Contracting Area.
Personal Emergency. In the event of personal emergency or illness of pet sitter, Client authorizes THE PET SITTER to arrange for another qualified person to fulfill agreed upon responsibilities as set forth on this contract. Client will be notified in such case.
