Project coordination, integration and dissemination of results. For the harmonious running of the of the CAMP Levante de Almeria the direction of the project will be represented by the Steering Committee, composed of members of the RMoE of Andalusia, the Spanish MoE and MAP-PAP/RAC. This body will nominate a CAMP Levante de Almeria project General Coordinator (coordination between the National administrations and between these and MAP, as well as the coordination of all external contributions, the supervision of the general activities and the preparation and presentation of progress reports, etc), and will create a CAMP Levante de Almeria Technical Coordination Office (to activate the structure of institutional coordination and participation, to implement all the project tasks in close liaison with the project General Coordinator, etc)(more in Section 3.3). The institutions responsible for the promotion of the CAMP Levante de Almeria are the Spanish MoE, the RMoE of the Regional Government of Andalusia, and the MAP-PAP/RAC. There is a large number of participants to be involved in the project (although most of these participants have already been taking part of the project all throughout the FS phase). At the national level, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, The General Directorate of the Merchant Marine, the public entity responsible for the strategic coordination of the Spanish port system. At the regional level, the Regional Ministries of Agriculture and Fishing, of Public Works and Transport, of Tourism and Sports, and of Culture. At the local level, the project will integrate all the eight municipalities within the project area. The Socio-economic agents with connections with the coastal issues of the area will be involved in the participatory processes of the project (i.e. ecologist associations, fishermen, businesspeople, University of Almeria, research centres, Rural Development Group Levante Almeriense, etc). The CAMP Levante de Almeria will also reach a significant part of the general population through the participatory processes, the training and communication activities, and through the project webpage. A summary timetable and a summary budget table of the project are presented below (more details on sections 4.1 and 4.2). Information of the Asset Transferor The Asset Transferor is a state-owned enterprise incorporated in the PRC on 11 April 2016 and located in Guangdong Province, the PRC, which is mainly engaged in the businesses of finance lease, etc. LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS According to Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the highest applicable percentage ratio of the transaction under the Asset Transfer Agreement is higher than 5% but lower than 25%, the transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company and is subject to the announcement requirement but is exempt from the shareholders’ approval requirement under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.

  • LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION AND DISASSEMBLY You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
