Management Time. Any amount payable to an Agent or the Trustee under Clause 18 (Costs and expenses), Clause 20.3 (Indemnity to the Agent) and Clause 26.10 (Lender’s Indemnity to the Agent) shall include the cost of utilising the Agent’s and Trustees’ management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent and Trustee may notify to the Borrower and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to it under Clause 17 (Fees).

Furthermore teachers’ hours are set at 35 per week These 35 hours are divided into 3 distinct segments: Contact Time – 22.5 hours maximum Correction and Preparation Time – 1/3 of contact time, maximum 7.5 hours Collegiate Time – 5 hours.
