PROFICIENCY BONUS. A proficiency bonus under subsection (b) may be paid in a lump sum at the beginning of the proficiency cer- tification period or in periodic installments during the proficiency certification period. The amount of the bonus may not exceed $12,000 for each 12-month period of certifi- cation. The Secretary concerned may not vary the criteria or rates for the proficiency bonus paid for officers and enlisted members.

PROFICIENCY BONUS. Determining a proficiency bonus for an employee The employer determines the proficiency bonus that is included in the employee’s remuneration based on the level of proficiency the employee demonstrates in his or her duties. The employer determines the system applied in the workplace based on key factors which include the following:  grounds for the proficiency bonus  scaling the system according to improvements in proficiency  the amount of the proficiency bonus. The grounds for the system that is applied in the workplace are explained for all the employees. In determining the proficiency bonus, the employer may apply, for example, the following grounds and company-specific policies: GROUNDS DESCRIPTION Work experience - utilizing previous work experience in current duties Performance - performs duties efficiently Quality of work - adheres to the company’s quality systems and/or quality standards - - only rarely has to correct deficiencies resulting from negligence or predictable faults Cooperation skills - is capable of working productively with others Customer orientation - takes responsibility for the clients - represents the company in a positive manner Capacity to develop - wants to learn and get to know new task and work methods Economy - cost-minded when it comes to i.e. materials and work methods Special skills - vocational special skills that are not included in the factors evaluated in the job requirement group and that can be utilized when performing duties Company- specific Company- specific The proficiency bonus is 5–30 per cent of the remuneration of the job requirement group. The proficiency bonus is determined for the first time no later than when the employment has lasted for 4 months. Previous employments with the same employer are considered when calculating the abovementioned 4-month period. If the employment contract of the first period is for a maximum of 5 months, the proficiency bonus does not need to be determined within the abovementioned period. In this case, the proficiency bonus has to be immediately determined at the beginning of the following working period. The proficiency bonus can also be determined already at the start of the employment, if it is justified due to previous work experience, for example.   • Bilingual Bonus A seven percent (7%) bilingual bonus will be paid to those employees who in the performance of their duties are required by the Employer to use the second official language on a regular and consistent basis.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • CHRISTMAS BONUS 16.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifteen ($l5.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
