Previous Work Experience Clause Samples
Previous Work Experience. Employee must be able to document previous experience which would prepare and qualify him/her for consideration in filling a vacancy.
Previous Work Experience. The Company may classify a new employee, on completion of the probationary period, based on the employees' proven experience in similar operations. Consideration of such previous experience shall not be applicable for any other reason with respect to other provisions of this Agreement.
