Preparing the analytical ground for coordinating EU MS´/AC´ S&. T and innovation programmes towards Russia or with Russian programme owners Building on previous and ongoing analytical work carried out within various European projects (SCOPE-EAST, RUSERA-EXE, GLOBAL-SSH, IncoNet EECA, BILAT-RUS etc.), the aim of this WP is to gather and analyse information on the one hand side on • the structure of the Russian national S&T system and national S&T priorities/strengths • the respective Russian funding system with particular emphasis on programmes for basic and applied/innovation-oriented research addressing international S&T cooperation in both areas and including a strategic outlook on these programmes • Russian programme owners and their funding schemes for international S&T cooperation in basic and applied/innovation-oriented research including a SWOT analysis of their activities from the particular perspective of international S&T cooperation and on the other hand side on 2 European Commission: FP7 Capacities Work Programme: Activities of International Cooperation. FP7-226164 XXX.Xxx RUS • the status-quo of bilateral S&T programmes of EU-Member States and Associated Countries towards and with Russia incl. a strategic outlook on these programmes • the activities of MS´/AC´ and Russian programme owners and their funding schemes supporting S&T cooperation in basic and applied/innovation-oriented research between EU MS/AC and Russia • opportunities and specific needs for advanced cooperation and coordination of S&T programme owners in basic and applied/innovation oriented research in EU MS/AC and Russia As a result, an overview will be given on various programmes supporting S&T cooperation in basic and applied/innovation-oriented research between public and private institutions from EU MS/AC and Russia. This overview will summarize driving motivations, strategic orientations, immanent research priorities, rules and regulations, evaluation practices, budgets and legal implications as well as corresponding restrictions. It will include an analysis of strengths and weaknesses of programmes fostering international S&T cooperation in basic and applied/innovation-oriented research on national and bilateral level (SWOT analysis). Art of the deliverables will be a common database on programmes and a respective database on collaborative S&T projects of institutions from EU MS/AC and Russia funded within various governmental and non-governmental, national, bi- and multilateral S&T and innov...

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Preparatory Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee to attend preparatory contract negotiations meetings.
