PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTED. Prior to the signature of the Project Agreement, the following preparatory activities were implemented: • The Contracting Parties to the Barcelona Convention, at their Extraordinary Meeting (Montpellier, 1-4 July, 1996), approved the decision to carry out a CAMP Project for Slovenia following a request presented by the Government of Slovenia. Some basis for this CAMP are provided in the EU Phase Project on Coastal Zone Management in Slovenia, which was finalised in 1998. • The decision to start with the implementation of the CAMP Slovenia was discussed with the MAP Co-ordinator at the meeting in the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and (MESP) in Ljubljana, in May 2001. • The decision to start with the preparation of a Feasibility Study (FS) was adopted at the meeting between MESP and PAP/RAC in July 2001. • After a meeting with the representatives of MESPE, a consultant for the FS and PAP/RAC in April 2002, a Final Document was prepared and submitted in October 2002. • The results of the FS and proposed activities were discussed at two meetings that took place in Koper, on 7 January 2003, with local communities and stakeholders, and on 8 January 2003, in Ljubljana with MESPE.

PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTED. The decision to implement a CAMP project for Lebanon was adopted at the Meeting of the Contracting parties to the Barcelona Convention held in Barcelona in 1995 following a request presented by the Government of Lebanon. Creation of the prerequisites to start the preparations to implement that decision took place in 1999. Feasibility Study for CAMP project for Lebanon was commissioned from a national expert and completed in December 1999. In December 1999, PAP/RAC engaged an international and a national expert to prepare the Terms of Reference for CAMP project for Lebanon. The first draft of the project TOR was completed in April 2000. The withdrawal of Israel from the southern part of South Lebanon changed the situation, so it was decided that the geographical coverage of the project area should be extended further south up to the Lebanese border with Israel. Naqoura was chosen as the specific Municipal site for which activities will be envisaged.

  • Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that Xxxxxx’s behalf.

  • Commencement of Interconnection Activities If the Developer executes the final LGIA, the ISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the LGIA, subject to modification by FERC. Upon submission of an unexecuted LGIA in accordance with Section 30.11.3, the Parties shall promptly comply with the unexecuted LGIA, subject to modification by FERC.
