Premium Pay and Allowances. 37.01 Time and one half (1 ½) shall be paid to all Maintenance/Administrative Employees for time worked over the scheduled hours worked each day.

Premium Pay and Allowances. 19.01 a) All authorized hours worked in excess of the normal work day, the normal work week, or on a specified holiday, shall be considered as overtime and shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2), except as herein after provided. The maximum amount of compensating time off which may be accumulated at any given time is 35 hours. Work performed on specified holidays will be paid at time and one-half (1 1/2) the basic rate, plus a paid lieu day off. Overtime work performed on Sundays or the second regular day off will be paid at double (2) the regular basic rate. Overtime work performed on Saturdays will be paid at time and one-half (1 1/2) the regular basic rate. It is the intent of the foregoing that overtime will only be paid for time actually worked in excess of seven (7) hours as applicable, in the day.

  • PAY AND ALLOWANCES 6.1. REGULAR RATE OF PAY: The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each class as provided for in Article 19. The regular rate of pay shall include any shift differential and/or longevity increment required to be paid under this Agreement.

  • Salary and Allowances A Teacher on part-time assignment shall be paid according to the salary schedule and allowances in this Collective Agreement, pro-rated unless otherwise specified in this agreement.

  • Tool Allowances The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment required to perform the work.

  • Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Wages and Allowances The wages contained herein at Clause 7 – Wages Schedules will be in lieu of the wages described in other Appendices of this Agreement but are to be read in conjunction with Clause 4 of this Appendix. The allowances will apply as contained in Appendix A unless mentioned otherwise in this Appendix.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.
