Callback. ‌ Employees called back to work on their regular time off shall receive a minimum of two hours overtime pay at the applicable overtime rate, or shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate for the time worked, whichever is greater. These employees shall receive a transportation allowance based on the cost of taking a taxi from their home to the Employer's place of business and return or, if the employee normally drives his/her automobile to work the allowance in Article 27.10 (Vehicle Allowance) from the employee's home to the Employer's place of business and return. The minimum allowance shall be four dollars.

When an overtime-eligible employee has left the university grounds and is called to return to the work station outside of regularly scheduled hours to handle emergency situations that could not be anticipated, they will receive three (3) hours penalty pay plus time actually worked. Callback. A callback shall be defined as any authorized call and return to work by an employee during the period between his/her completion of work and subsequent starting time. Where an employee is notified before completion of work that he/she is required to report for work at a different time on the subsequent day, callback shall not apply. Callback provisions shall apply as follows:
Callback. A nurse called to work from scheduled standby status, shall be paid at one and one-half times (1½ x) the nurse’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked, with a minimum of two (2) hours. Nurses who work in excess of twelve (12) consecutive hours in callback or in excess of twelve (12) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period, beginning with the start of the nurse’s regular or standby shift shall be paid for at double the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay.
