Posting Promotion Procedure. Vacancies shall be posted within five (5) working days of approval of the vacancy by the Board of Education. The Board shall have the right to declare whether a vacancy exists. If the Administration decides not to fill the vacancy, the Union shall be notified and no substitutes or temporary employees may be used in the position after it is vacated.
