Plan Refinement. Company and Town acknowledge and agree that: (i) Town has approved the Master Development Plan and (ii) the parties shall proceed through this Plan Refinement process using the Master Development Plan as the starting point; provided that, to the extent that the Project Plans differ from, or otherwise are inconsistent with, the Master Development Plan, the Project Plans shall control.
Plan Refinement. Using information received from Design Feedback Sessions, NBBJ shall refine the Test Designs and trail design guidelines by determining specific details of the design such as lighting, paving materials, graphics, activation and development zones, and sustainability aspects of the corridor (“Plan Refinement”). Upon completion of Plan Refinement, NBBJ shall schedule and host a one- (1-) day design meeting with City Representatives at the Municipal Complex during which the Nickel Plate Core Team shall evaluate the design details, including, without limitation, local appropriateness, affordability, maintenance and aesthetics.
Plan Refinement. Plan Refinements may be initiated by the Tribe or, if applicable, a private landowner or leaseholder, and shall be initiated and processed as described in section 4.17.2 of the Tribal HCP. Plan Refinements are changes to conservation requirements that result in equivalent or superior conservation of Covered Species and that have been fully analyzed. Plan Refinements shall not require any amendment to the Tribal HCP, the Section 10(a) Permit, or the IA.
