Place of Reporting. A. The Company will designate the place at which employees will be required to report for work.

Place of Reporting. The place of reporting for employees of the Company shall be the central office, garage, storeroom, or other locations designated by the Company. Time spent in traveling between such places of reporting and place of work at the beginning and end of the work period and time spent during the work period shall be counted as work time and so paid. Transportation incidental to travel time covered herein will be furnished by the Company or will be by means of other transportation approved by the Company. If an emplo xxx, with the approval of the Company, elects to use his/her own automobile in lieu of other transportation referred to herein, the Company will reimburse the employee the greater of thirty-one cents ($.31) per mile or an amount equal to reimbursement provided management employees. If an employee is temporarily assigned to a place of reporting that is farther from the employee’s residence than his/her permanent place of reporting, the employee will be reimbursed for the difference between his/her permanent place of reporting and his/her temporary place of reporting. Reimbursement for mileage (if the employee uses his/her own vehicle) and time shall be based on the difference in actual miles between the employee’s residence and the temporary reporting location and the employee’s residence and primary reporting location. Time spent in traveling will be computed on the basis of fifteen (15) minutes paid time for each five (5) mile increment (an increment includes two-way travel of five (5) miles in each direction). This paragraph affects temporary changes in reporting locations only and is not to apply to changes in permanent reporting locations.
Place of Reporting. The Company shall designate the place within his/her headquarters at which an employee shall report for work. This may be at an office, garage, storeroom or place of vehicle storage. In case of plant forces who do not operate a motor vehicle in performing their regular duties, they shall report to the job location when employees must relieve each other. However, this does not preclude the reporting by any member of a work group to the job site when mutually agreed thereto by the parties concerned. Nothing in this section shall be construed as prohibiting the Company from designating the job or a location en route to the job for any employee when such designation is requested by the employee and agreeable to the Company. The headquarters for Equipment Installer-Repairers shall be Ashland, Lexington, or Xxxxxxxx.
