Physical and Mental Health. Describe the health of the Applicant(s). Include information obtained from the Applicant(s) and from a physician who is familiar with the Applicant(s). Give your assessment of how any identified physical or mental health problems affect the Applicant(s) capacity to meet the physical and emotional needs of a child. Describe the supports and resources available that would enable the Applicant(s) to meet the needs of a child. Describe what childcare arrangements would be made if the Applicant(s) became ill for a short or a long period of time. Describe the Applicant(s) use of alcohol, tobacco and drugs. If there has been a problem in the past, describe how the problem has been resolved.

Physical and Mental Health. The extensive open spaces provided at the NCH including the waterfront promenade and increased accessibility to the harbourfront should be able to encourage the public to spend more time outdoors for physical activities which has potential to improve physical and mental health. Fresh air has the benefit of decreasing the risk of communicable diseases, but the possible increase of air pollutant level due to increased activities in the area can have adverse effect on respiratory diseases. However the extensive urban parks or public open spaces with plentiful landscaping would provide significant vegetation to help mitigate the negative environmental effects and boost both thermal and visual comfort level.
Physical and Mental Health. Recognizing the direct interrelationship between an individual’s physical and mental health, both the Union and the Court encourage and support the improvement and maintenance of the good physical health of employees. Toward this end the Court shall continue its commitment to good physical health of employees.
Physical and Mental Health. To ensure that all young people have health insurance and access to medical/mental health providers. 90% of program participants have medical insurance. 90% of program participants have completed a life skills assessment and are receiving ongoing life skills instruction (for skill development and acquisition).
Physical and Mental Health. You understand that the University has not made, nor will make, any investigation into the Participant’s physical or mental health or the ability of the Participant to take part in the Program. It is the Participant’s responsibility to immediately inform the University upon enrolling in the program of any special accommodations that may be necessary for your participation in the program. The University complies with all Federal, State and Local laws of the United States, however, not all countries may be able (or willing) to provide special accommodations. Therefore the University cannot guarantee that special accommodations will be available for all Tours. The Participant represents and warrants that they maintain medical insurance that covers the Participant for accidents and illnesses while participating in the Program. The Participant assumes full responsibility for payment of medical expenses not covered by this insurance incurred as a result of the Participant’s involvement in the Tour.

  • Mental Health The parties recognize the importance of supporting and promoting a psychologically healthy workplace and as such will adhere to all applicable statutes, policy, guidelines and regulations pertaining to the promotion of mental health.

  • Mental Health Services This agreement covers medically necessary services for the treatment of mental health disorders in a general or specialty hospital or outpatient facilities that are: • reviewed and approved by us; and • licensed under the laws of the State of Rhode Island or by the state in which the facility is located as a general or specialty hospital or outpatient facility. We review network and non-network programs, hospitals and inpatient facilities, and the specific services provided to decide whether a preauthorization, hospital or inpatient facility, or specific services rendered meets our program requirements, content and criteria. If our program content and criteria are not met, the services are not covered under this agreement. Our program content and criteria are defined below.

  • Departmental Seniority Departmental seniority is defined as the length of employment within the employee’s current department. Department seniority shall accrue as of the first day of employment or transfer into a new department.

  • Medical There shall be an open enrollment period for medical coverage in each year of this Agreement. An employee may elect no medical coverage during any open enrollment period. An employee who has elected no medical coverage may elect medical coverage during an open enrollment period. No pre-existing condition limitations will apply.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. Respiratory Therapy This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.

  • Medical Appointment for Pregnant Employees 35.9.1 Up to three decimal seven five (3.75) hours of reasonable time off with pay for each appointment will be granted to pregnant employees for the purpose of attending routine medical appointments.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Dental Services The following dental services are not covered, except as described under Dental Services in Section 3: • Dental injuries incurred as a result of biting or chewing. • General dental services including, but not limited to, extractions including full mouth extractions, prostheses, braces, operative restorations, fillings, frenectomies, medical or surgical treatment of dental caries, gingivitis, gingivectomy, impactions, periodontal surgery, non-surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, including appliances or restorations necessary to increase vertical dimensions or to restore the occlusion. • Panorex x-rays or dental x-rays. • Orthodontic services, even if related to a covered surgery. • Dental appliances or devices. • Preparation of the mouth for dentures and dental or oral surgeries such as, but not limited to, the following: o apicoectomy, per tooth, first root; o alveolectomy including curettage of osteitis or sequestrectomy; o alveoloplasty, each quadrant; o complete surgical removal of inaccessible impacted mandibular tooth mesial surface; o excision of feberous tuberosities; o excision of hyperplastic alveolar mucosa, each quadrant; o operculectomy excision periocoronal tissues; o removal of partially bony impacted tooth; o removal of completely bony impacted tooth, with or without unusual surgical complications; o surgical removal of partial bony impaction; o surgical removal of impacted maxillary tooth; o surgical removal of residual tooth roots; and o vestibuloplasty with skin/mucosal graft and lowering the floor of the mouth. Dialysis Services • The following dialysis services received in your home: o installing or modifying of electric power, water and sanitary disposal or charges for these services; o moving expenses for relocating the machine; o installation expenses not necessary to operate the machine; and o training in the operation of the dialysis machine when the training in the operation of the dialysis machine is billed as a separate service. • Dialysis services received in a physician’s office.
