– PhD THESIS. The common research work performed at the Parties will result in a single doctoral thesis, written in English. The content and form of the doctoral thesis will satisfy the thesis requirements defined by the Host University, and approved by the Home University. The review and proofing of the thesis will be carried out fulfilling the regulations of both Parties.

– PhD THESIS. The cotutelle agreement must identify the subject of the PhD thesis – at the University of Porto, it is not required to specify the final title – proposed by the doctoral student and approved by the supervisor(s). The PhD thesis will be written in a widespread European language (Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian), approved by the supervisors and must include an abstract in Portuguese or English. The protection of the research work results of the doctoral student, as well as its publication, are guaranteed and subject to the legislation in force in both countries and must comply with the procedures established in each institution involved in the cotutelle.

  • Speech Therapy This plan covers speech therapy services when provided by a qualified licensed provider and part of a formal treatment plan for: • loss of speech or communication function; or • impairment as a result of an acute illness or injury, or an acute exacerbation of a chronic disease. Speech therapy services must relate to: • performing basic functional communication; or • assessing or treating swallowing dysfunction. See Autism Services when speech therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.

  • Diagnosis For a condition to be considered a covered illness or disorder, copies of laboratory tests results, X-rays, or any other report or result of clinical examinations on which the diagnosis was based, are required as part of the positive diagnosis by a physician.

  • Commercialization Intrexon shall have the right to develop and Commercialize the Reverted Products itself or with one or more Third Parties, and shall have the right, without obligation to Fibrocell, to take any such actions in connection with such activities as Intrexon (or its designee), at its discretion, deems appropriate.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):
