Host University means the Recipient as the DSC member university that has entered into the Student Agreement, and will host the Student.

Host University shall refer to the university that has agreed to receive visiting [faculty, research fellows, postdoctoral scholars, graduate students] from the Home University. Neither party shall have any obligation under this agreement unless and until adequate and appropriate funding is secured.
