Personal Level. On a personal level, there is little space for personal spheres of experience within youth mobility, when the structures are taken into account: Young people do not break out; they stay on track and move into structures and pre-­‐existing spaces. On the other hand (on the fostering side), mobility can open up different spheres of experience. The family enables and supports mobility. Young people detach from their family via mobility, developing individually in other spheres of experience. Mobility also means establishing connections, enabling transformation, personality development, ability to reflect, etc. Mobility is not just about working one’s way through a programme. Another both hindering and fostering factor on the personal level is peer ‘pressure’: Young people become mobile because their peer group is mobile too. Both peers who xxxxxx and support young people, without putting on pressure on them, and peers who do put pressure on one another can play a role here, helping to prevent or promote youth mobility.

  • Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.

  • Personal Leave Days Section 1. All employees after completion of six (6) months of service shall be entitled to receive personal leave days in the following manner:

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible. Employees needing personal leave days for appointments with medical practitioners may utilize the personal leave language. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Personal Life The personal life of a teacher will not be a concern of the Board unless it is determined to have a detrimental effect upon the employee’s performance.

  • Extended Personal Leave Personal leave without pay not to exceed thirty (30) 26 days may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess of thirty (30) days shall be subject to approval by the Board.

  • Sick/Personal Leave Leave granted to the teacher for sick, personal or bereavement reasons.

  • Additional Personal Leave Where paid personal leave credits are exhausted:
