Personal Life. The personal life of any teacher is not an appropriate concern of the Board unless his/her professional performance is adversely affected.
Personal Life. The Board agrees that nothing shall be deemed to deny or restrict any teacher from full individual rights or personal freedom except as it may directly impair performance as a teacher during duty hours.

Personal Life. The personal life of a teacher shall be the concern of and warrant the attention of the Board only if it interferes with the regular conduct of the school(s) or as it may directly prevent the teacher from properly performing his/her assigned functions during duty hours.

The bargaining unit members shall be entitled to full rights of citizenship and no religious or political activities of any bargaining unit member or lack thereof shall be grounds for any discipline or discrimination with respect to the employment of such bargaining unit member. The private and personal life of any bargaining unit member is not within the appropriate concern or attention of the Employer, unless such actions affect the employee’s ability to perform his/her duties or adversely impact programs or operations of the District.

The Board of Directors recognizes that the personal life of a unit member is not an appropriate concern of the Board or of the administrative staff, except as it affects the unit member's work performance, student relationships, the regular operation of the school, or except as it may impinge on statutory responsibilities of the School Board.
Personal Life. The personal life of an employee is not a matter of appropriate concern or attention of the Board. However, to the extent that an employee’s conduct affects or interferes with his or her responsibilities to and relationship with a student or the District, it may become a matter of concern or even discipline by the District.
Personal Life. The private and personal life of an employee, except for such incidents and occurrences which could lead to suspension and dismissal as provided by statute, shall not be within the appropriate concern of the Board.
