PERS Pick-up. 10 The County shall "pick-up" employee contribution to PERS as provided 11 by ORS 238.205. Should any reason the ORS 238.205 “employer pick-up” no longer 12 be legally available the County shall on the last payroll period of this Agreement 13 increase employee wages by six percent (6%) and return to the limited “pick up” 14 provided for prior to the resumption of PERS pick-up in 1999, including but not limited 15 to the terms of compensation for non-PERS members.
