Permit Period. Licensee may use the Premises only for and during the purposes, dates, and times specified in this Agreement, except upon the prior written permission of Licensor, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. Licensee may enter upon and have access to the Premises on the following dates and times specifically for the purposes set forth in paragraph 3 as specified below (collectively referred to as the “Permit Period”): [PROVIDE DATES AND TIMES] If modification of these dates and times is required for any reason, Licensee must provide Licensor with prior notice of not less than seventy-two (72) hours as to the actual dates and times it requires access to and use of said premises.
Permit Period. Tenant shall have ninety (90) days following the date of full execution hereof to obtain any and all necessary licenses and permits from the appropriate authorities (the "Licenses"). If Tenant is unable to obtain said Licenses within this ninety (90) day period, Tenant may request and, upon a showing that all required Licenses have been applied for and diligently pursued, shall be granted a thirty (30) days extension. If for any reason Tenant is unable to obtain the required Licenses and Permits within the ninety (90) day period (or 120 day period if so extended) then Tenant may terminate this Lease in which event neither Party shall have any further obligation to the other but, Landlord shall retain the Deposit as a termination fee. Permit Period. All permits shall expire annually on December 31. However, initial permits approved after September 30, will expire December 31 of the year following approval.
Permit Period. All Utility Work in the Right-of-Way permits for Type II and Type III requests shall be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of permit issuance. If the construction of the wireless support structure or small cell facility is not completed within 180 days from the date of permit issuance and it is not due to a delay caused by a make-ready work for a City-Owned wireless support structure or decorative pole, or by the lack of commercial power or backhaul availability at the site, the permit will become void unless an extension is granted in writing by the City. If construction has not been completed within 180 days from the date of permit issuance due to a delay caused by a make-ready work for a City-Owned wireless support structure or decorative pole, or by the lack of commercial power or backhaul availability at the site, the permittee shall submit documentation to the City as evidence of the delay. The City will review the documentation and if an extension is warranted, an additional period to complete the installation commensurate with the delay will be provided. The extension will not exceed 360 days from the date of permit issuance.

  • Project Period The Project Period ("Project Period") is the time during which the Applicant will be conducting the Project.
