STANDARD PRACTICES. 47.1 Standard Practices may incorporate by reference various industry, OBF, and other standards referred to throughout this Agreement, which may be implemented to satisfy any CenturyLink obligations under this Agreement. 47.2 If CLEC desires notice of changes made to CenturyLink’s Standard Practices, CLEC may make such a request during the Agreement implementation process or at any subsequent time during the term of this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches and/or establishing its own standard approaches to various requirements hereunder applicable. Nextel agrees that GTE may implement such approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. Company has adopted certain standard practices, policies, procedures, and environmental, health, and safety standards for gas and electric work (“Standard Practices”). To the extent that any such Standard Practices are listed in any Schedule or otherwise, or provided to Contractor during the Term either through Company’s online platform, Power Advocate (or its successor), SharePoint, or otherwise in accordance with the notice provisions of this Agreement, such Standard Practices shall apply to the performance of the Work and all other activities of Contractor related to the Work, and Contractor agrees to abide by all such Standard Practices, which are incorporated herein.
STANDARD PRACTICES. 41.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink shall be adopting some industry standard practices and/or establishing its own standard practices with regard to various requirements hereunder applicable for the QuantumShift industry which may be added or incorporated by reference in the Standard Practices. QuantumShift agrees that CenturyLink may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyLink obligations under this Agreement. 41.2 All changes to CenturyLink Standard Practices will be posted on the CenturyLink Website prior to implementation. Posting will include CenturyLink personnel who may be contacted by QuantumShift to provide clarification of the scope of the change and timeline for implementation.

BullsEye agrees that CenturyLink may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyLink obligations under this Agreement. 41.2 All changes to standard practices will be posted on the CenturyLink Website prior to implementation, with email notification of such postings. Email notifications directing BullsEye to CenturyLink’s Website will contain, at a minimum, the subject of the change posted to the Website and a Website link to the posting. Posting will include CenturyLink personnel who may be contacted
STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE has already implemented, and shall be establishing or adopting, some industry standard practices and/or its own standard practices, that are not otherwise specified in this Agreement, to implement the various requirements of its obligations hereunder. Such standard practices are defined as practices that are generally applicable to the CLEC industry as a whole and are not specific to Gulf Coast. Such practices will be administered on a nondiscriminatory basis. Gulf Coast agrees that GTE may implement such industry standard practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that CenturyTel shall be adopting some industry standard practices and/or establishing its own standard practices to various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the CenturyTel Guide. LEVEL 3 agrees that CenturyTel may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyTel obligations under this Agreement, CenturyTel will provide LEVEL 3 with 30 days written notice of any change; provided, however, that where a dispute arises between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Guide and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Where a dispute arises between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Service Guide and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. The CenturyTel Service Guide is to be used as a reference only, and is not a part of the Agreement, and is not contractually binding on Charter. 41.2 All changes to standard practices will be posted on the CenturyTel Website prior to implementation, with email notification of such postings. Email notifications directing Charter to CenturyTel’s Website will contain, at a minimum, the subject of the change posted to the Website and a Website link to the posting. Posting will include CenturyTel personnel who may be contacted by Charter to provide clarification of the scope of the change and timeline for implementation. Charter reserves its right to request changes to be delayed or otherwise modified where there is an adverse business impact on Charter, with escalation through the dispute resolution process.
