The Grantee shall adhere to the terms and conditions of this agreement as demonstrated by appropriate reports, records, and documentation maintained by the Grantee. Reports shall include a list of water xxxxx sampled by Site name and date along with total payment requested, including postage, and copies of the advisory letters if not previously provided.
