Environmental Health. Whenever possible, environmentally friendly products will be used in the workplace. The Union and the Employer will participate in the promotion of environmentally friendly activities to promote a safe and clean work environment. The Employer will maintain compliance with any further Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) regulations.

Environmental Health a. Are there any environmental health hazards, including exposure to toxic chemicals, risk of fire and explosion, spill or hazardous waste, that could occur as a result of this proposal? If so, describe. This is a non-project action. The environmental health hazards, if any, associated with future development of the Sites pursuant to the development agreement are not likely to differ significantly from what is likely to result from future development of these Sites without the development agreement. Future development subject to the proposed development agreement will be subject to project-level environmental review.
Environmental Health. 31.1 The Supplier shall ensure compliance with any direction given by the Secretary of State and/or any statutory provisions including the Environmental Protection Xxx 0000 and the Waste Minimisation Act 1998 as amended and any other relevant legislation relating to environmental protection.
Environmental Health. (i) Maintain all premises in a sanitary condition (ii) Facilitate inspection visits by Public Health Inspectors of the MoH with respect to sanitary conditions at its health facilities and implement any remedial action within the given timeframes

Environmental Health. (a) Licensee shall, at Licensee's sole cost, take all measures necessary to ensure that the Equipment strictly complies with all obligations to which Licensee is bound in connection with such Equipment, including, without limitation, regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, applicable to the emission of radiation from active transmission Equipment or similar facilities. Licensee shall also pay promptly when due all royalties or other fees due in connection with the operation of the Equipment. In the event compliance with this section shall require modifications or alterations of Equipment or the Licensed Space, no modification or alteration shall be made without Licensor's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, on such terms and conditions as Licensor may determine in its sole judgment.
Environmental Health. Environmental Health Officers will be contacted by PHE during an outbreak, and will form part of the OIMT where necessary. Out of Hours they will be contacted through their out of hours arrangements (or through CSW Resilience). Environmental Health Officers will be responsible for the following:- • Investigating potential sources/causes of outbreak/incident and secure relevant improvements as appropriate where the local authority is the enforcing authority e.g. for food safety, health and safety and health protection. • Provide help and advice with the epidemiological aspects of the outbreak/incident, including the investigation of cases (and contacts where appropriate). • Provide the mechanisms for out of hours communications with the CCDC, OIMT, the public and other stakeholders as appropriate. • Be responsible for arranging the collection and transport of appropriate specimens to the laboratory for screening of patients, contacts and staff, as well as food, water and environmental sampling. • Undertaking any necessary enforcement action and monitor the progress of the investigation (e.g. sources/causes, cases/affected individuals, contacts within their area)
Environmental Health. 8.5.1 In conjunction with other Managers, produce a ten year integrated asset management system (incorporating Council CWMS Scheme) for all Council owned/managed major assets to meet Legislative requirements, including regular reporting on impairment of assets.
