PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF CONTRACT. The contract term shall be for a period of 12 months commencing within 30 days after notice of award.. PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF CONTRACT. The contract shall be for a base period of up to 12 months with seven (7) one-year option periods, commencing within 45 days after notice of award. At the time of the solicitation issuance, the anticipated required start date of services is 01 September 2020. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000), Section I. If the Government requires a shorter base period or exercises an option for a period shorter than one (1) year, the proposed ELIN prices will be used as the basis for establishing the reduced price. The duration of the contract if all options are exercised is 96 months.

  • PERFORMANCE PERIOD This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022. All services under this Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 14, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Agreement.

  • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein.   • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.

  • PERFORMANCE / BID BOND The Commissioner reserves the right to require a Bidder or Contractor to furnish without additional cost, a performance, payment or Bid bond or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance of the Contract. Where required, such bond or other security shall be in the form prescribed by the Commissioner.

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]

  • Payout At the commencement of the period of leave, the College shall pay to the participant the moneys standing to his/her credit less any premiums or contributions deducted for the year, except as may otherwise be mutually agreed, it being understood that interest is not earned for the period of leave.
