Reduced Price definition

Reduced Price means the Open Market Value applying at the time of any subsequent sale less the Discount Percentage;

More Definitions of Reduced Price

Reduced Price means a price comprised in the range of (i) at the lowest the direct production costs (i.e. manufacturing costs excluding costs of research and development and excluding costs of intellectual property protection or royalties costs) and (ii) at the highest the direct production costs, plus a reasonable participation to research and development, not exceeding [***]%.

If the Closing Sales Price cannot be calculated for such security as of either of such dates on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sales Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined by an investment banking firm selected by the Corporation and reasonably acceptable to the Majority Holders, with the costs of such appraisal to be borne by the Corporation.

  • Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.
