PENSION PLAN TRUST FUND. The Employer shall contribute an amount per hour to the Sheet Metal Workers Local 296, Saskatchewan Pension Plan Trust Fund in accordance with Part 2, Classification and Wage Scales, of Appendices A through C and forming part of this Agreement. Both parties to this Agreement agree to continue the Pension Plan Trust Fund. The Trustees as set up under the Health and Welfare Fund shall also be the Trustees for the Pension Plan.

PENSION PLAN TRUST FUND. THE EMPLOYEE WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE PENSION PLAN TRUST FUND THE SUM OF FIFTY CENTS ($0.50) FOR EVERY HOUR WORKED DURING THE REGULAR HOURS OF WORK. THE EMPLOYEE WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE PENSION PLAN TRUST FUND THE SUM OF ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) PER HOUR FOR EVERY OVERTIME HOUR WORKED. A PARTICIPATING EMPLOYER WILL CONTRIBUTE THE SUM OF SIX DOLLARS AND FOURTEEN CENTS ($6.14) BY EACH EMPLOYEE DURING THE REGULAR HOURS OF WORK. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017 THIS CONTRIBUTION WILL INCREASE TO SIX DOLLARS AND FORTY-FIVE CENTS ($6.45), AND EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018 WILL INCREASE TO SIX DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-SEVEN CENTS ($6.77). A PARTICIPATING EMPLOYER WILL CONTRIBUTE DOUBLE THE AMOUNT FOR ALL OVERTIME HOURS WORKED BY EACH EMPLOYEE, MAKING THE CONTRIBUTION FOR THE EMPLOYER TWELVE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($12.28) PER HOUR. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017 THIS CONTRIBUTION WILL INCREASE TO TWELVE DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS ($12.90), AND EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018 WILL INCREASE TO THIRTEEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FOUR CENTS ($13.54). CONTRIBUTIONS WILL BE REMITTED IN THE SAID AMOUNTS AND IN THE MANNER SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE 20.14 OF THIS AGREEMENT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TRUST AGREEMENT MENTIONED HEREAFTER. WHEN REMITTING TO THE N. B. PIPE TRADES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE THE EMPLOYER HOURS SHALL CLEARLY SHOW ALL HOURS WORKED AT REGULAR TIME AND ALL HOURS WORKED AT DOUBLE TIME ON PROPER FORMS SUPPLIED FOR THIS PURPOSE.
PENSION PLAN TRUST FUND. 16B.01 Effective July 4, 2004 the Employer agrees to pay pension contribution in the amount of three dollars ($3.00) per hour worked by each employee by this Agreement 16B.02 Effective July 4, 2004, one dollar ($1.00) of the above contribution will be forwarded by the Trustees of the Pension Trust Fund to the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades Union and Industry National Pension Fund (Canada). 16B.03 Remittance of these contributions shall be as provided for in Article 21 of this Appendix. PENSION PLAN TRUST FUND. Classified Workers shall not pay into the Sheet Metal Workers Local 296 Pension Trust Fund nor shall the Employer contribute his portion on the Classified Workers' behalf.
PENSION PLAN TRUST FUND. Effective September the Employer agrees to pay pension contribution in the amount of two dollars and twenty cents ($2.20) per hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement. Effective November this amount shall be increased to two dollars and forty ($2.40) per hour worked. Effective May this amount shall be increased to two dollars ($2.00) per hour worked and effective November this amount shall be increased to two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per hour worked. cents ($0.60) of the above contribution will be forwarded by the Trustees of the Pension Trust Fund to the Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades Union and Industry National Pension Fund (Canada). Effective May this amount shall be increased to eighty ($0.80) cents.
PENSION PLAN TRUST FUND. Employer Contribution The Employer shall not contribute his portion into the Sheet Metal Workers Local 296 Pension Trust Fund on behalf of first year Apprentices and first year Material Handlers. After the first year the Employer portion of pension contributions on behalf of Apprentices and Material Handlers shall be as shown in 2. Classification and Wage Schedules of this Appendix. For all others, the Employer shall contribute the amount established in the respective wage schedule per hour for each hour worked by his Employees covered by the terms of this Agreement and shall submit such contributions to a trust Account as designated by the Trustees. Contributions will be made on the basis of full and half hours, and all contributions shall be remitted monthly on forms to be provided by the Fund. All contributions are to be remitted so as to be received on or before the fifteenth (15th) of the month following that for which such contributions are payable. These contributions shall be in addition to any compulsory Government pension plan. The Employer contribution to the Pension Trust Fund on behalf of second through fourth year Apprentices and 1st Year Journeymen shall be calculated on the basis of a maximum of 18% of the Apprentice’s or 1st Year Journeyman’s gross wage rate (basic wage rate + 4.5% statutory holiday pay + 6% vacation pay) but in any case shall not exceed the Employer contribution rate to the Pension Trust Fund on behalf of Journeymen.
