Peak Hours. On-peak hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during periods of the year when Eastern Standard Time is in effect, and 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. when Eastern Daylight Savings Time is in effect, Monday through Friday, including holidays falling on weekdays. All other hours are off-peak hours.

  • Work Hours In accordance with Labor Code §1810, eight (8) hours of labor shall constitute a legal day's work under this Contract. Contractor and any Subcontractor shall pay workers overtime pay as required by Labor Code §1815. The Contractor shall pay each worker, laborer, mechanic or persons performing work under this Contract at a rate not less than the prevailing wage for each craft or classification covering the work actually performed.

  • Summer Hours It is agreed by both parties that the following hours of work and working conditions shall apply to Field employees working outside of the reporting location as per Clause 11.02(a) of the Collective Agreement:

  • Hours This notice shall include reasons for the introduction of this shift. The Employer and the Union shall meet within fourteen (14) days to discuss the introduction of the shift and the feasibility of available alternatives to same. Shorter work weeks will, however, exist as needed for part-time regulars.
