Peak Hours. During the months of May through October, on-peak hours are those hours between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day, Monday through Saturday. All other hours shall be considered off-peak hours. During the months of November through April, on-peak hours are those hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. each day, Monday through Friday. All other hours shall be considered off-peak hours.
