PAYMENTS DUE UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT. A. Rental Payments I understand all rent payments, including minimum rent, are due on the 1st day of the month. Payments may be made at the Management Office. If applicable, Automatic Draft is available for those who prefer to schedule monthly payments. Payments may be made by check, money order or online (cash will NOT be accepted). I understand that payment of rent is accepted with full reservation of rights and does not rescind current and/or pending legal action. Xxxx received after the 5th business day is considered late. A late fee of 10 percent of the monthly rent will be applied to your account.

PAYMENTS DUE UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT. The Resident understands that payment of the monthly rent charge, as listed below, and other charges make up the total rental payment due under this Lease as permitted under the Tennessee Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. The Resident further agrees that all payments must be made at the Development Management Office or the Business Operations Center (BOC), located at KCDC’s Central Office, on the first of the month by check or money order (Cash will be accepted only at the Central Office location), and rent is late after the 10th of the month. Failure to make the payment will result in a written notice of termination of this Lease Agreement for non-payment of the amount due.

  • Payments under Assigned Agreement PG&E shall make all payments due to Seller under the Assigned Agreement from and after the date hereof to [__________], as depositary agent, to ABA No. [__________], Account No. [__________], and Seller hereby irrevocably consents to any and all such payments being made in such manner.
