Partnership Services Suggested Language for Discussion Location of services The course (s) and/or program will be delivered at (identify exact location and name of learning centre) Each partner's role in service delivery: conferences, meetings, recordkeeping, transportation, supervision, oversight (Institute) will provide classrooms and all support to students in the course or program. Staff and instructors assigned to support the partnership; which entity/partner employs and supervises which (Aboriginal institute) will delegate one instructor who will provide academic and administrative leadership to the program. The delegate will attend (in person or by teleconference) department meetings as held by (public institution). The delegate will perform the major collaboration and liaison role between the programs, Registration and Records departments, and any other areas agreed upon by both parties. In Post‐Secondary Education Partnership Agreement Toolkit p. 38 staff and instructors addition, the delegate will coordinate an ongoing review of the affiliation agreement. (public institution) will designate one instructor who will liaison between (public institution) and (Aboriginal institute). The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation.   • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.
