Packaging Documentation. 2.1 Shippers Letter of Instruction A Shippers Letter of Instruction (SLI) or carrier consignment note shall be fully and comprehensively completed in the format required by LGL’s nominated Shipping Agent, and forwarded to the Shipping Agent by email prior to delivery pickup. The receiver of the goods identified on the SLI or consignment note shall be Lihir Gold Limited (PNG). Where a consignment contains hazardous goods, they shall be declared on the SLI or consignment note as required by Section 1.4.

Packaging Documentation. Buyer shall provide seller with copies of the packaging documentation in respect of the removal of the assets7.2 Conditions Buyer shall take all commercially reasonable actions necessary to cause the conditions set forth in Section 8.2 to be satisfied and to consummate the transactions contemplated herein as soon as reasonably possible after the satisfaction thereof.
Packaging Documentation. Penwest will provide Patheon with the Specifications for all packaging Components. Patheon will create internal test methods and specifications in support of the packaging Components; provided that all QC testing for Components will be conducted by Patheon using the methods and Specifications provided by Penwest to Patheon, or otherwise approved by Penwest in writing. Packaging Documentation. 8.1 Goods must be adequately and safely packaged by the Seller according to the requirements (if any) detailed in the Purchase Order. If there are no such requirements detailed Goods must be packed consistent with all applicable laws and with good industry practice. Goods contained in packages must be adequately protected from damage which may be caused during normal course of rough road transport and also to prevent entry of dust and moisture.
