Ownership of Card. Your Card remains our property and may be cancelled by us at any time without notice. You agree to surrender your Card and to discontinue use of the account immediately upon our request.

We may also cancel, modify, or restrict the use of any Card without notice if: (a) any of your accounts have a negative balance that is not paid within the time provided in this Agreement; (b) you use your Card in a manner which may cause a loss to us; (c) your account is inactive, which for the purposes of this paragraph is defined as an account that has had no member-initiated transaction activity for thirty (30) consecutive days; (d) any mail sent to your address is returned to us as undeliverable; (e) any email sent to you by us is returned as undeliverable; (f) we are aware that you have violated any term of this Agreement, whether or not we suffer a loss; or (g) where necessary to maintain or restore the security of your account(s) or the POS system. We also reserve the right to recall the Card through retrieval by any of the ATMs.
Ownership of Card. 12.01 The Card remains the exclusive property and ownership of the Bank and the Cardholder shall return the Card to the Bank immediately upon demand.

We reserve the right to revoke your electronic transaction privileges. You agree that we may terminate, limit or modify your right to use your Card at any time in the future without notice to you.

Any Card or other device which we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or to any person who is authorized to honor the Card, immediately according to instructions. The Card may be repossessed at any time in our sole discretion without demand or notice. You cannot transfer your Card or Account to another person.

You agree to return or destroy your Card when we ask you, or if the Card Accounts to which it relates are closed. In certain circumstances, a Merchant may also be required to retain your Card and you agree to deliver the Card to the Merchant in such circumstances upon request.
Ownership of Card. The Card is not transferable and remains our property. You agree to return the Card to us immediately upon our demand. For your protection, the Terminals are programmed to retain Cards in certain circumstances.
