OVERTIME PAY - MINIMUM PAYMENT. A. When an employee is called back to work after returning home, or is called to work on a day when he or she would normally be off duty, or is called to work on a shift to which he or she is not assigned, he or she shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours of pay at the overtime rate even though he or she works less than four (4) hours. Should an employee so called to work be recalled after having been released from work, he or she will again be paid a minimum of four (4) hours of pay at the overtime rate provided he or she worked at least four (4) hours during the previous call to overtime duty, or two (2) hours had elapsed since the beginning of the previous call to duty. The provisions of this section shall not be applicable to holdovers.

  • Minimum Payment (a) Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.

  • Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:

  • Minimum Payment Due Your Minimum Payment Due is listed on your Statement and equals the lesser of: • the amount of your New Balance, or • the greater of: • $30, or • 3% of the amount you owe, or • the sum of Finance Charges accrued since the last Billing Cycle (including Interest Charges and Transaction Fees), plus any Penalty Fees, Annual Fees (if applicable), and one-time fees that have been posted to your Account, plus 1% of the amount you owe. Making only the Minimum Payment Due will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance.

  • Overtime Payment Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's straight time hourly rate for all time worked outside of their normal work hours and/or work days up to sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period. For hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) in a twenty-four (24) hour period, employees shall be paid double time. Employees who receive an unpaid lunch period and are not required to work at their work assignments during such period shall not have such time treated as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof.   • Maximum Payment The maximum period or aggregate of periods of accident make-up pay to be made by an Employer will be a total of 39 weeks for any one injury.

  • Overtime Payments (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

  • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.

  • Overtime Pay Calculation Overtime shall not be claimed or received for less than fifteen (15) minutes. If overtime amounts to fifteen (15) minutes, or more, it shall be paid for the total period.

  • One-Time Payment Tenant shall pay to Landlord a one-time payment in the amount of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00), payable within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date and subject to the following conditions precedent: (a) Tenant’s receipt of this Amendment executed by Landlord, on or before October 29, 2017; (b) Tenant’s confirmation that Landlord’s statements as further set forth in this Amendment are true, accurate, and complete, including verification of Landlord’s ownership; (c) Tenant’s receipt of any documents and other items reasonably requested by Tenant in order to effectuate the transaction and payment contemplated herein; and (d) receipt by Tenant of an original Memorandum (as defined herein) executed by Landlord.
