OVERTIME - CALCULATION OF. Without detracting from the minimum overtime hours worked and/or minimum overtime pay guarantees as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, when an employee works overtime, his/her time worked shall be calculated on a fifteen (15) minute unit basis. If an employee works any part of a fifteen (15) minute unit, he shall receive credit for time worked for that full fifteen (15) minute unit. If the Company has a time clock when an employee works overtime his/her time worked shall be calculated on a 10 or 12 minute period depending on time clock calibration. If an employee works any part of a 10 or 12 minute unit, he/she shall receive credit for time worked for that full 10 or 12 minute unit.

OVERTIME - CALCULATION OF. Without detracting from the minimum overtime hours worked and/or minimum overtime pay guarantees as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, when an employee works overtime, his time worked shall be calculated on a fifteen (15) minute unit basis. If an employee works any portion of a thirty (30) minute unit, he shall receive credit for time worked for that full thirty (30) minute unit.
OVERTIME - CALCULATION OF. If the Company has a time clock when an employee works overtime his time worked shall be calculated on a six (6) minute period time clock calibration. If an employee works any part of a six (6) minute unit, he shall receive credit for time worked for that full six (6) minute unit.

  • Overtime Calculation For the purpose of overtime calculation only, approved or scheduled time off work will be considered the same as time worked.

Employees who receive an unpaid lunch period and are not required to work at their work assignments during such period shall not have such time treated as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”]. The breakdown of charges associated with this Agreement appears in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” A portion of payment may be withheld until conclusion of the Agreement if agreed to by both Parties as retainage, described in Appendix B. In no event shall City be liable for interest or late charges for any late payments. City will not honor minimum service order charges for any services covered by this Agreement.

  • Overtime Payments (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available. The Consultant shall from time to time adjust the data utilized to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified appraisal roll, or any other relevant changes to material items such as student counts or tax collections.
