Inconsistency or Conflict. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any provision of this Agreement and any provision of the Partnership Agreement, the provision of this Agreement shall govern.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and the Bahasa Indonesia or Thai version of the Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
