Examples of Support Addendum in a sentence

  • AvePoint will use the most recent Product Release (as defined in Section 1.4 of the Support Addendum) of the Hosted Licensed Property to provide the SaaS Services.

  • If Support Services (as defined in Section 1 of the Support Addendum) are included in a subscription for Licensed Property as per the applicable Order, such Support Services shall be provided by AvePoint in accordance with the provisions of the Support Addendum.

  • This Support Addendum is effective upon acceptance of the terms of this Support Addendum by Customer and shall remain in force for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, a purchase order submitted by Customer and accepted by AvePoint may set forth only the type, description and quantity of Licensed Property and provide for a longer Support Level Term under Section 1 of the Support Addendum and such terms shall be deemed binding.

  • The Support Addendum and the rights granted thereunder may be terminated independently of the Agreement in accordance with Section 6 of the Support Addendum.

  • Except as may be set forth on the Support Addendum, Subscription Licenses Addendum or Software as a Service (SaaS) Addendum attached hereto, AvePoint is under no obligation to provide any services to Customer with respect to the Licensed Property (including, without limitation, any installation of the Software or Licensed Property, training or maintenance).

  • Except as may be set forth on the Support Addendum attached hereto, AvePoint is under no obligation to provide any services to Customer with respect to the Licensed Property (including, without limitation, any installation of the Software or Licensed Property, training or maintenance).

  • This Support Addendum is effective immediately upon delivery of the Licensed Property to which the support services relate (the “Effective Date”) and, unless a longer initial period is specified in a quote signed by the Customer or in the absence thereof, a purchase order accepted by AvePoint, continue for an initial period of one (1) year (the “Initial Term”) and thereafter for additional periods of one (1) year (each, an additional “Term”) until terminated pursuant to Section 6 of this Support Addendum.

Related to Support Addendum

  • Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.
