Office Space and Secretarial Support. From and after the expiration of the term of this Agreement or the Amended Employment Agreement or if Xxxxxxxxx’x employment is terminated other than pursuant to subparagraph 10(a) (or Section 5(a) of the Amended Employment Agreement if it is then in effect) for cause or other than pursuant to subparagraph 10(d) on account of his death, Employer shall provide Xxxxxxxxx (at no cost or expense to Xxxxxxxxx) for a period of three years with an office in his current office site in Beverly Hills, California or nearby of size, furnishings and other appointments and exclusive personal secretarial support comparable to that provided Xxxxxxxxx at any time during the one hundred twenty (120) day period prior to the expiration of the term or termination of his employment.
Office Space and Secretarial Support. PARISH shall provide ADMINISTRATOR with office space, secretarial assistance and related supplies, assistance, and information as set forth herein:
Office Space and Secretarial Support. The Company shall provide Executive with reasonable office space, secretarial support and parking privileges (equivalent to parking privileges for senior executives) for life, or if earlier, until Executive commences full time employment with another employer.

Office Space and Secretarial Support. The County shall provide the Interim Administrator adequate office space, office supplies, office equipment and secretarial assistance.
Office Space and Secretarial Support. If you continue in employment through the Effective Date or if your employment is terminated by the company for any reason prior to the Effective Date, and in consideration of your on-going advice and counsel to be provided to the company after your termination of employment, you will be provided with company-paid furnished and functional office space and secretarial support for seven years after the termination of your employment. The seven-year period may commence at any time after the Effective Date and in any city as you may select. The company will reimburse for furnished and functional office space up to 500 square feet and for the salary and benefits of an executive secretary with a compensation package approximately equal to the compensation package of your current administrative assistant, adjusted for inflation over the seven-year period.
Office Space and Secretarial Support. The County shall provide the Administrator adequate office space, office supplies, office equipment and secretarial assistance.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for the cost of relocating his office from the Company premises and maintaining his new office from and after the Retirement Date. The Company shall also provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive for the two (2) year period commencing on the Retirement Date. (f)
Office Space and Secretarial Support. Subparagraph 10(g) of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

From and after the expiration of the term of this Agreement or the Amended Employment Agreement or if Xxxxxxxxx’x employment is terminated other than pursuant to subparagraph 10(a) (or Section 5(a) of the Amended Employment Agreement if it is then in effect) for cause or other than pursuant to subparagraph 10(d) on account of his death, Employer shall provide Xxxxxxxxx (at no cost or expense to Xxxxxxxxx) for a period of five years with (i) an office at a location of Xxxxxxxxx’x choice, with a size comparable to, and the furnishing and appointments from, Xxxxxxxxx’x office as of the effective date of termination and (ii) exclusive personal secretarial support of one secretary, as selected by Xxxxxxxxx.”
