Office Furniture and Equipment. You must not install any furniture or office equipment, cabling, IT or telecoms connections without our consent, which we may refuse at our absolute discretion.
Office Furniture and Equipment. The Licensee must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Licensor’s prior written consent, which Licensor may give or refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Licensor’s consent, the Licensee (at its cost) must permit the Licensor to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other occupants, the Licensor or the Head Lessor. Prior to vacating the Premises, the Licensee must at its cost reinstate the Premises to the original condition it was in prior to the installation works being undertaken.

As a condition to Regus’ consent, the Client must permit Regus to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or Regus or any landlord of the building.

In no event will Embark be liable for any damage or loss of personal property sustained by Member, unless as a result of the gross negligence of Embark.

Additionally, Member shall not bring space heaters, humidifiers/dehumidifiers, microwaves, floor fans, anything with an open flame, electric kettles, hot plates, refrigerators, coffee machines, or other items that have high electrical usage or pose a fire risk. In no event will Urban Office Place be liable for any damage or loss of personal property sustained by Member.

If requested by any Buyer prior to the end of the Transition Period, (a) Service Providers and such Buyer will negotiate in good faith the sale to such Buyer of any office furniture or office equipment owned by any Service Provider and located at such Service Provider’s Connecticut Office, and (b) Service Providers will use commercially reasonable efforts to assign to such Buyer, effective as of the end of the Transition Period, the lease of any office furniture or office equipment leased by Service Providers and located at the Connecticut Office, provided, however, that in no event shall Service Providers be required to expend any funds to effectuate such assignment.

All items and /or equipment furnished hereunder shall be in excellent condition and functioning properly. All equipment furnished hereunder shall be the most current model.
