SPACE HEATERS. Motors shall be equipped with 120 volt single phase belt type space heaters capable of raising motor temperature 10 degrees C above ambient temperature to prevent condensation. All space heater leads shall terminate in motor terminal box.
SPACE HEATERS. The Switch Board shall have in each panel thermostatically controlled space heaters with a controlling 15 amp 230 volt switch socket outlet to eliminate condensation.
SPACE HEATERS. Tenant acknowledges that space heaters are not permitted on or about the Property.
SPACE HEATERS.
(A) Tenant shall comply with any local ordinance or Property Rules restricting or prohibiting the use of space heaters.
(B) Tenant shall notify HACH of any resident-purchased heating equipment prior to its installation and use, so that HACH can determine if the equipment meets code and safety requirements.
SPACE HEATERS. Section 1. Unit employees shall submit a Heater User Agreement to obtain a heater.
Section 2. Heaters will be distributed to employees by request. Priority will be given to those who previously had a heater and are seated in the coolest areas.
Section 3. If temperature measurements are required due to more requests received than available heaters, management will take two (2) samplings of temperature within one (1) day at each workstation at the following approximate times, 7-8 am and 1-2 pm.
Section 4. In the event there are an insufficient number of heaters to distribute to employees, a facilities service request (FSR) will be submitted to HII-NNS to obtain additional heaters.
Section 5. The first line supervisor will have three (3) workdays to sign the heater user agreement for the employee. If the supervisor is on leave or travel, the acting supervisor may sign the form. If the form remains unsigned at the end of three (3) workdays, the employee may elevate the request to the second level supervisor who then has three
SPACE HEATERS. If you use a space heater they must be plugged directely into the wall and placed on a solid surface with at least a 24” clearance on all sides from the walls, furniture, or other objects. Space heaters should be used according to the manufacturer’s operating instructions and guidelines and should never be left unattended.
SPACE HEATERS. Every space heater shall comply with Chapters Comm. 23, 63 and 64 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, when applicable, and with all of the following requirements:
a. No space heater burning solid, liquid or gaseous fuels shall be a portable type.
b. Every space heater burning solid, liquid or gaseous fuels shall be properly vented in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
c. Every coal burning or oil burning space heater shall have a fire resistant panel beneath it.
d. The location of space heaters, the insulation of walls and ceilings close to such heaters and the construction, installation and guarding of smokepipes and walls or ceilings through which they go shall meet the requirements of applicable State law and City Ordinances.
SPACE HEATERS. Switchgear enclosures shall be equipped with space heaters of adequate capacity to maintain the internal temperature above the dew point to prevent moisture condensation within the enclosure. Space heater shall be rated for 230 Volts, single phase, 50Hz. A.C. supply. Differential Thermostats shall automatically control the space heaters. ON/OFF and protection should be through adequate rating of MCB for each space heater.
SPACE HEATERS. No space heaters of any kind are allowed. Each use of any space heater other than the building's HVAC system will be fined $100 and may result in immediate Sublease termination.
SPACE HEATERS. Do not use any space heater unless you have it first inspected and approved by the Fire Department and approved by us in writing. Improper use or operation of space heaters may cause serious risks of fire.
