Collective Bargaining The School shall be subject to collective bargaining under Ch. 89, HRS, and shall comply with the master agreements as negotiated by the State; provided that the School may enter into supplemental collective bargaining agreements that contain cost and non-cost items to facilitate decentralized decision-making. Local Bargaining 2.4.1 Notwithstanding section 59(2) of the Labour Relations Code, a notice to commence local bargaining by a School Division or the Association must be served after, but not more than 60 days after, the collective agreement referred to in section 11(4) of PECBA has been ratified or the central terms have otherwise been settled.
TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after the date upon which the Union and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their respective principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement up to and including June 30, 2020 and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either Party to the other Party not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the expiration of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.
