Hours and Schedules. A. The workday shall consist of five consecutive days, normally Monday through Friday.
Hours and Schedules. 18.1 The work schedule of full-and part-time employees will be based on the operating needs of the Nevada Democratic Victory Coordinated Campaign and may increase or decrease depending on the employer’s need. It is the responsibility of the contractor to know each month how many hours to do (hereafter called hours specified ) and to do all the hours specified as indicated in the master schedule or as given verbally to the contractor by a supervisor. It is the responsibility of the contractor to create a schedule every month based on the number of clients and their schedules, and the hours specified available to the contractor. Hours should be spread out over the month and should not be done in one day or one week, but rather spread out so that the client obtains the optimum benefit form contact with the contractor. The contractor is not compensated for doing over the number of hours specified without prior approval. The contractor is not compensated for doing under the number of hours specified without prior approval and will receive a writeup if no approval is obtained prior to doing this.

Hours and Schedules. The Parties agree that all unit members shall report to work on-site during the work hours specified on the attached schedules, unless directed otherwise. The Parties agree that consistent with SB 98 and 820, Education Code section 43501, the instructional minutes included on the attached schedules shall be provided by unit members to all students daily. On the all distance learning only days of the In Person/Concurrent Instructional Model, unit members will continue to be granted the professional privilege to work remotely under the terms detailed in the Superintendent’s direction on July 24, 2020.
