NPA Regulatory Review and Assistance Visits. (RRAV). The CNA shall monitor, report, and assist NPAs in maintaining qualification in accordance with 41 CFR § 51-4.3. The CNA shall ensure NPAs are also in compliance with the JWOD Act, 41 U.S.C. Chapter 85 and implementing regulations, 41 C.F.R. Chapter 51, Commission Compliance Policies, and the Compliance Manual-2007. The CNA shall submit any changes that are made to the CNA’s qualified NPA oversight protocol, within thirty (30) days of any change to the Commission for review and approval. The CNA shall conduct RRAV with the NPAs at required intervals or as may otherwise be necessary and submit a post-visit trip report electronically in the Procurement List Information Management System (PLIMS) containing the findings and recommendations, as required, to close out such reviews within ten (10) business days of the review. If the CNA finds that an NPA is not meeting Program qualification requirements, under the authority delegated to the CNA by the Commission under 41 CFR 51-3.2(b), the CNA shall require the NPA to initiate and complete corrective action(s). The CNA shall ensure that the corrective actions taken could reasonably result in the correction of the deficiencies identified during the RRAV by reviewing documentation from the NPA attesting to completion of the corrective action(s). When the NPA’s report of corrective action is received by the CNA, the CNA shall close out the review by submitting a supplemental post-visit trip Corrective Action Compliance Visit Report electronically via PLIMS within ten (10) business days of receipt of documentation from the NPA attesting to completion of thecorrective actions. The supplemental post-visit trip report shall include a report of corrective action(s) taken by the NPA; the PLIMS transaction number for the initial NPARRAV post-visit trip report; the name of the NPA visited; name of reviewer from the CNA; and date of the initial review. The CNA shall also provide its fiscal year (FY) regulatory review list to the Commission no later than September 1 of each year and an End of Year Analysis for their regulatory reviews no later than January 31 of each year.

The CNA shall provide training to NPAs regarding meeting regulatory requirements within the JWOD Act, 41 U.S.C. Chapter 85 and implementing regulations, 41 C.F.R. Chapter 51. The CNA shall develop a qualified NPA oversight protocol and deliver it to the Commission for review and approval within 120 days after execution of this Agreement. The CNA shall conduct regulatory assistance visits with the NPAs at required intervals or as may otherwise be necessary and provide the Commission with the report of the findings and recommendations, as required, to close out such visits within ten (10) business days of the visit. The CNA shall also provide its FY regulatory review list to the Commission no later than September 1 of each year and an End of the Year Regulatory Review analysis annually, no later than January 31. If the CNA finds that an NPA does not meet program requirements, the CNA shall require the NPA to develop a corrective action plan and ensure necessary actions are completed by the NPA and submitted to CNA by the specified timeframe.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel.   • TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM A. As part of the University policy to encourage staff members to further their formal education, the Tuition Assistance Program for Employees was established. Under the Tuition Assistance plan, qualified Employees will be issued vouchers which will enable them to register without paying tuition. (Incidental fees, however, must be paid by the Employee.)

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include:

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s).

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Client Assistance You acknowledge that the implementation of the Tyler Software is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of your personnel. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist us as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Agreement. We will not be liable for failure to meet any deadlines and milestones when such failure is due to Force Majeure or to the failure by your personnel to provide such cooperation and assistance (either through action or omission).

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Personnel File Review a. A unit member has the right upon his/her own request to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The review will be conducted in the presence of the administrator, or his/her designee, responsible for the safekeeping of such file. The employee may have a committee person assist in said review. Such review shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable time. A copy of requested material will be provided.
