Notice of Union Representative Visits. The Union shall inform the Employer when the Secretary- Business Manager, or his/her designated representative, intends to visit the Employer’s place of business for the purpose of conducting Union business. In no circumstances shall Union business on the Employer’s premises disrupt or disturb residents and/or their families.
