Notice of Modification. On or before March 15, 2016, the signatory FCA affiliate organizations, District Council of Painters No. 36, or any signatory hereto, may give notice of desire to open the Agreement for modification. If such notice is given, the terms and provisions of such contract will remain in effect until the effective date of any new Agreement. It is provided, however, that at any time following June 30, 2016 it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for the Union to engage in strike or other lawful economic concerted activities in support of its contractual demands.

The EIM Entity Scheduling Coordinator may submit a notice of modification of an approved transmission outage and any resulting updates to intertie limits to the CAISO by the means set forth in the Business Practice Manual in accordance with the deadlines set forth in Section 9.

Borrower shall use its best efforts to provide advance written notice to Lender of any modification to any existing Eligible Note Receivable, including, without limitation, any participations therein. Notice of Modification. 35.01 This Agreement shall continue in force from year to year thereafter, unless in any year not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days before the anniversary date, either party furnishes the other with notice of modification or proposed revisions to this Agreement. Notice of Modification. The Company represents and warrants to FBTS that the Plans and the Trust Agreement constitute all of the documents governing the establishment and operation of the Pension Trust, and have not been further amended, restated or otherwise modified in any respect through the date of this Agreement. Should the Plans or Trust Agreement be modified in any way while FBTS serves as trustee of the Pension Trust, the Company shall deliver to FBTS a copy of such modification. Additionally, in order to enable FBTS to properly perform its duties, the Company shall deliver to FBTS all information regarding the finances and operations of the Company that FBTS reasonably requests. The Company shall also provide reasonable access to its officers and directors as requested by FBTS.
Notice of Modification. Notice of Modification. Borrower shall promptly give Administrative Agent written notice of any changes or modifications in existing contracts pertaining to the Premises or its Improvements to which Borrower is a party, if any single change or modification results in an adjustment of Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) or more or the changes and modifications in the aggregate result in an adjustment of Seventy-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) or more.
Notice of Modification. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a limitation on Supplier’s right to make changes to the Products and/or the Disposables, or otherwise cease production thereof. Notwithstanding the above, Supplier shall provide Turing with written notice of all material Product modifications or Disposable modifications, or of any plans to cease the sale or manufacturing of the Products and/or the Consummables, not less than sixty (60) days (to the extent reasonably possible) prior to the entrance into effect of such modification / cessation.
Notice of Modification. No Plan Modifications shall take effect until COUNTY gives written notice to DEPARTMENT, in a form approved by DEPARTMENT. DEPARTMENT shall provide to COUNTY an approved form for modifications as soon as practicable after execution of this Agreement.
