Maximum Grant Amount. 2. Maximum grant amount The maximum grant amount set out in this Article defines the maximum amount of funding that the granting authority has available for the grant. It can NOT be exceeded (except for Programmes with contingency reserve, where the maximum grant amount can be raised at the end of the action to activate the reserve). The maximum grant amount will NOT be increased — even if the eligible costs of the action are higher than planned. In any case, the maximum grant amount is not the ‘final grant amount’ and is not a ‘price’ due to the beneficiaries.
Maximum Grant Amount. The Federal Grant amount is the maximum amount of funding the Council will make available to the Subrecipient for the Project. The Council’s obligation under this Agreement will not exceed the lesser of: the Federal Grant amount identified on Page 1; or the actual Project Costs incurred during the Project Activity Period.
Maximum Grant Amount. Grant funds shall be disbursed according to the terms of this Agreement for all work required, performed, and accepted under the Agreement in an amount not to exceed the amount shown in block fourteen (14) of the Grant Award. Grantee shall not be reimbursed by HUD under this Agreement for costs or services, or a portion of those costs or services, which are directly or indirectly reimbursed from any other source, including matching or leveraged funds. Grantee shall include in its vouchers under this Agreement only the portion of those costs or services for which the Grantee has not received an advance and does not receive reimbursement from any other funding source.
Maximum Grant Amount. The term “Maximum Grant Amount” shall have the meaning set forth in the seventh recital contained in the preamble to this Agreement.
Maximum Grant Amount. The Council shall pay to the Grantee a Maximum Grant Amount of $10,000. Provided, however, that in no event will the Council's obligation under this agreement exceed the lesser of:

Maximum Grant Amount. Grant funds are based upon COUNTY’s Application for Supplemental Funds. Unless amended, the maximum, not-to-exceed County Corrections Intervention Grant payable to COUNTY under this Agreement is $439,009. The maximum grant amount may be increased only by written amendment of this Agreement which is signed by all parties and with all required State approvals.
Maximum Grant Amount. The maximum grant amount payable by the County to the Grantee under this Agreement may not exceed: $22,600.
Maximum Grant Amount. The maximum grant amount specified in this Article cannot be exceeded or raised by the Commission/Agency.
