CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any alteration, extension, supplement or modification of the scope of work and method of study, as detailed in the proposal, shall be agreed to in writing by the parties hereto.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. No modification, amendment, notation, change or other alteration of this CONTRACT shall be valid unless mutually agreed by the parties in writing and executed as an addendum to this CONTRACT.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. This Agreement must be revised or modified by mutual consent. All modifications must be in writing and signed by the University’s Procurement and Contracts Department an official and Contractor. The effective date of any modifications is the date of the final signature.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. Changes or modifications to this IGSA may be proposed by either party at any time following the effective date of the agreement. Proposed changes must be submitted to the other party in writing and allow for a minimum 60-day review period. Changes may only be incorporated in this IGSA upon written agreement and signature execution of both parties.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. 19.1 This Agreement may not be amended, modified, extended, revised or otherwise altered, nor may any party hereto be relieved of any of its liabilities or obligations hereunder, except by a written instrument duly executed by both parties. Any written instrument entered into in accordance with the provisions of the preceding sentence shall be valid and enforceable notwithstanding the lack of separate legal consideration therefore.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. This Agreement, its method of completion, its scope of work, nor its pricing may be modified or changed in any manner without the express written consent of both PARTIES via an Amendment fully executed by both PARTIES.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. This Agreement may not be changed or modified except by writing signed by both you and an authorized representative of the Company. The failure of a party to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement on any occasion shall not be considered a waiver thereof or deprive that party of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this Agreement.
