Notice of Effectiveness. Within two (2) Business Days after the Registration Statement which includes the Registrable Securities is ordered effective by the Commission, the Company shall deliver, and shall cause legal counsel for the Company to deliver, to the transfer agent for such Registrable Securities (with copies to the Holders whose Registrable Securities are included in such Registration Statement) confirmation that the Registration Statement has been declared effective by the Commission in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Notice of Effectiveness. Notify the Selling Holders and the lead underwriter or underwriters, if any, and (if requested) confirm such advice in writing, as promptly as reasonably practicable after notice thereof is received by the Company (i) when the applicable registration statement or any amendment thereto has been filed or becomes effective and when the applicable prospectus or any amendment or supplement thereto has been filed, (ii) of any comments by the SEC, (iii) of the issuance by the SEC of any stop order suspending the effectiveness of such registration statement or any order preventing or suspending the use of any preliminary or final prospectus or the initiation or threat of any proceedings for such purposes and (iv) of the receipt by the Company of any notification with respect to the suspension of the qualification of the Registrable Securities for offering or sale in any jurisdiction or the initiation or threat of any proceeding for such purpose;
Notice of Effectiveness. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower in writing upon the occurrence of the Effective Date.
Notice of Effectiveness. The Company shall notify each Shareholder of the effectiveness of the Registration Statement and shall furnish to each Shareholder such number of copies of the Registration Statement (including any amendments, supplements and exhibits), the Prospectus contained therein (including each preliminary prospectus and all related amendments and supplements), and any documents incorporated by reference in such Registration Statement or such other documents as the Shareholder may reasonably request in order to facilitate its sale of the Registrable Shares covered thereby in the manner described in the Registration Statement.
Notice of Effectiveness. The Administrative Agent shall promptly advise the Lenders and the Borrower of the effectiveness of this Amendment.

Notice of Effectiveness. Borrower shall have provided written notice of the occurrence of the First Amendment Effective Date to Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent.
Notice of Effectiveness. Upon declaration of effectiveness by the SEC of a registration statement filed pursuant to this Agreement, Gottschalks shall give written notice thereof to each Holder whose Registrable Securities are included in such registration statement.
